Why I started insulating Bismarck houses
I didn't come to insulation through a trade school. I got curious about why some houses stay warm and others leak heat like a screen door, so I read everything I could find, then learned the hands-on side one attic and crawl space at a time. I started this business here in Bismarck in 2023. Most of our calls still come from people with a cold room, a drafty upstairs or a heating bill that keeps climbing, plus some business owners with the same trouble in a shop or office.

How we run your insulation job
I do every estimate myself and work in your house alongside our installers. Before we start, we check with the city's building inspection office on whether the job needs a permit, and when it does, we apply and wait until it's issued. North Dakota also requires a state contractor license on jobs over $4,000, and we're licensed and fully insured. We clean up before we leave.
At the estimate, I look the space over with you and answer your questions as we go, then send a written estimate that says what we'd do and why. If we find something unexpected once work starts, I'll show you before we go on. And if something needs a second look or a different trade, I'll tell you plainly.
